Welcome to this test template.
This design has been made with both KompoZer and Crimson Editor (a good text editor that I now use for PHP and other stuff, includeing setting up the style sheet.
Oh by the way the colour scheme for this template is only for testing and can be changes by a few clicks in the CSS editor in KompoZer. You can't get much better then that.
Anway, I hope you like this template as much as I do.
